When luxury destination resort and spa The Inn at Willow Grove was facing slower than average gift card sales going into the 2023 holiday season, the management team engaged Branderity to design a high-impact strategic campaign to bolster sales on a quick turn and breathe new life into this critical fourth quarter revenue point prior to the start of its Q1 shoulder season.

Leveraging bold creative and a highly-targeted direct marketing and paid media strategy across social platforms, "The Gift of Luxury" campaign ended with record-breaking gift card sales spanning all of the property's sales outlets - to include hotel, restaurant, and spa - exceeding revenue goals by more than $25,000 and generating more than 26% more gift card revenue over the previous year
